Purchases are eligible for store credit only. NO REFUNDS. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this time period item(s) will be final sale. All discounted items and hair accessories are final sale. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.

Return instructions:

Return shipping costs and tracking information are the responsibility of the customer. Please include the packing slip with your return.

Once we have processed your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email once your return has been processed containing your store credit.

Upon receiving your package please ensure your order is correct and damage free. If an item is damaged, email a picture to shopontrendcollections@gmail.com with the subject “DAMAGED.”

After your request has been reviewed you will receive an email with a return label and further instructions. Damaged items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the return label.
